The exterior envelope is complete! Front door on hinges, rear door installed and lockable, clapboards all complete. We are installing the gutter and trimming the rake boards. Site work is on-going: grass in rear is coming in, loam has been spread in front, low water requirement grass seed down in front, meadow grass seed mix down in front left, excavation for accessible walk begun, material for walkway in ordered, stones for stepping stones ordered.
