Donations are gratefully accepted to expand our work on the African American and Abolitionist History of Concord, and to help restore and preserve the Caesar Robbins house, soon to open as the Robbins House Interpretive Center.

Your donation will go a long way and can:

  • Pay the costs to Save the Caesar Robbins House.
  • Establish a permanent African American and Abolitionist Heritage Tour in Concord.
  • Provide training for the Concord guides.
  • Provide educational resources for Concord schools and community groups.
  • Provide trail markers, maps and training for town guides.
  • Create an iPod download to accompany self-guided African American and Abolitionist tours.
  • Further the researching and documenting Concord’s African American and Abolitionist history.
  • Create educational resources and tools for schools and community groups.
  • Provide a marker for Peter Hutchinson’s unmarked grave site in Sleepy Hollow Cemetery.
  • Present Concord’s three elementary schools with a framed copy of the Petition to Lincoln to Abolish Slavery signed by over 150 Concord school children, together with a copy of Lincoln’s handwritten response.
